BIG NEWS: Epproach Communications’ Director of Operations, Joseph Trouton, is now a Registered Telecommunications Project Manager under the BICSI certifications program!

BICSI is the worldwide association for cabling design and installation professionals. The company strives to provide information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals in the information and communications technology (ICT) community.

Trouton serves as Epproach’s Director of Operations, managing and organizing teams of installation technicians who install and implement the Epproach Managed WiFi Solution nationwide. Trouton has also completed BICSI’s Cabling Installation Program and received certifications in cabling installation.

A BICSI Registered Telecommunications Project Manager oversees and coordinates the interaction between designers, engineers, installers and technicians when new information and communications technology industry projects are being developed or undergoing construction. As technology continues to grow faster each decade, the demand also increases for proficient telecommunications project managers. To become a successful telecommunications project manager, individuals need a thorough understanding of ICT, personnel management and project management.

Trouton’s certifications and industry knowledge help to streamline and enhance the complex process of designing, installing and supporting a reliable WiFi solution at apartment communities. Combined with his years of experience in the industry, Trouton is now equipped to handle the most complex of projects – an enormous benefit for Epproach’s rapidly growing client base.

“I’d like to congratulate Joseph on receiving these new certifications,” Marty Hollingsworth, CEO of Epproach Communications, said. “Project management is absolutely vital to our workflow here at Epproach, and I am thrilled that Joseph is adding – and will continue to add – an enhanced level of customer service and care to our clients nationwide.”
